We all know the sometimes violent assaults we can suffer and the sometimes intense pressures inherent in every working life.

Whatever the organization, large or small, in which we work. It’s essential for each and every one of us to find or rediscover an inner balance in order to free up all our resources. The meditations in this program are designed to enable us, step by step, to readjust and give ourselves the space we all need. Make time for meditation.
