Mindfulness meditation is not limited to “formal” sitting or lying practices.

Here, we’ll be looking at a number of simple, everyday activities that can be practised with mindfulness, including informal practices. These are tips for increasing your presence with yourself and with what you’re doing to your life.
Exercises that take very little time, from a few dozen seconds to just a few minutes. These skills, which you’ll learn to put into practice with ease, can even be very playful, allowing you to refocus, settle down, observe your automatisms or just breathe.
These are the moments you need to be aware that you exist and that you’re living your life – the same, but better. By applying these suggestions step by step, they will help you learn to meditate.
