Today, we’re really pleased to tell you about a program specially adapted to children’s psychology.

All these practices are taken from this book. They have been designed with children in mind. Children from the age of five or six, and also for older children, even teenagers, with the added bonus of being able to do some of these practices with the family, because it can be very beneficial for the whole family circle, to give priority to moments when we settle down together and finally, in a way, calm down, soothe ourselves, and breathe together.

So the program for children is particularly important, to soothe them of course, some to help them sleep, but also because meditation promotes concentration. The more we meditate, the more we muscle, in a way, our capacity for attention and concentration. And we know today that children are zappers, quickly distracted, moving from one activity to another, and can have enormous difficulty sustaining an activity over time.

Of all the possibilities we can offer children, and all the research validates it, mindfulness meditation for children is really the most effective in helping our children to be calmer, more composed, more attentive, and for school, it’s also a real bonus.
