If the greatest artists, painters, composers, poets and singers have taken an interest in the seasons, the four seasons, it’s not by chance. Indeed, the seasons celebrate the changes in nature that surround us and of which we are a part.

Everything moves, all the time, nothing is set in stone. And we tend to forget that.

Through this program, we’re going to experience these variations, these movements that are a true dynamic of life. Physiologically, we’re linked to the cycle of nature, because it’s important to adapt to external variations in temperature, light, length of day and night.

It’s also important to recognize it, feel it and accept it. We can’t live comfortably in the middle of summer, wearing clothes to cope with the coldest weather. And the same goes for our mind, our state of mind. Being as well-adjusted as possible comforts and strengthens us in our lives.
