I’m delighted to present this program on the breath. One of the fundamental bases of mindfulness meditation. Breathing is necessary for life, we all know that, but sometimes we get breathless, or out of breath, or other expressions that signal the importance of our breathing.

To do this, we need to be aware that we’re breathing? and at every moment?

more often than not, we’ve forgotten this, and our breathing has become lost in our stress, in certain painful emotions, when we feel oppressed, our breathing becomes very short, we’re almost apnoeic

Our breathing is a prisoner, when it needs to be free to be liberated. The meditations that follow, and which you are about to discover, will enable you to gradually rediscover your breath, this space, feel its breathing movements and all the benefits and energy that accompany it.
