Hello, I’m delighted to welcome you to this new program. We sometimes have very busy days, and there just doesn’t seem to be enough time.

With this in mind, I’ve designed a series of very short meditation sequences, lasting just a few minutes. This will make it easier for you to give yourself a meditation practice at any time, whenever you feel the need, or when time becomes available in your schedule.

To help you get into these short meditations, you may find it useful to experiment with other, more in-depth programs beforehand. This may make it easier to engage in the meditative posture. But you can also try them at your own pace. I look forward to meeting you again with different themes that you can choose from according to your current state or inspiration.
